Terms of use

• You need to be 18 or older, and able to receive email at the address you sign up with.
• One account per person. Don't sign up as somebody else, and don't use somebody else's account.
• Pick the college you actually attend. We can't check it, which is exactly why it matters that you don't lie about it.

Using the site means you accept what’s on this page, along with staying safe and privacy.

CampusHub247 shows you what other students have posted. It does not sell anything, handle any money, or take a cut. There is no payment button, no escrow, no delivery and no refund process, because none of that exists here.

Every deal is between two students. The price, the payment, the handover and anything that goes wrong afterwards are between the two of you. We can’t recover your money, get an item returned, or settle who is right — we were never holding either side of it.

The same goes for groups and roommates. We put two people in front of each other. What you agree after that is yours.

It stays yours. You give us permission to display it on CampusHub247 — including in search results and link previews — for as long as it is up, and that permission ends when you take it down.

You’re responsible for it. That means:

• It's yours to sell, and it's legal to sell.
• The description and the photos are honest — the condition is the real condition, and the photo is the actual item.
• It is not on the prohibited list.
• It doesn't contain somebody else's contact details, photo or personal information.

You can delete any post at any time, and ask us to delete your account — see privacy.

We can remove a post or close an account that breaks these terms or the safety rules. Where somebody is at risk we’ll do it first and explain afterwards.

CampusHub247 is provided as it is. It’s an early product: it may be down, it may be slow, and a feature may change or disappear.

We don’t verify anyone’s identity or enrolment, and we don’t inspect anything anybody lists. A confirmed email is the only thing checked here.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for what happens between two users — a deal that goes wrong, an item that isn’t as described, or a person who isn’t who they said. Nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you.

If these terms change we’ll update the date at the top. Carrying on using the site after that means the new version applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over anything arising from them.
